Skylake RanchLooking for something sweet to add some flavor to your summer meals?  Look no further, Skylake Ranch Pomegranate Products has what you need available at the Thursday Night Market (TNM)!

Skylake Ranch started growing pomegranates in 2006. Within two years the crop began yielding 150,000 pomegranates per season.  With this many pomegranates, owner Gail Brown, along with son Chris and daughter-in-law Sarah, decided it was time to think of creative ways to use them.  According to the Skylake Ranch website, pomegranates are rich in antioxidants and studies have shown that they are beneficial for cardiovascular, prostate and immune system health.
